I made a comment to a friend how I would like to buy a super cheap, old trailer so we could gut it and fill it with bunk beds. I like camping and living outdoors but I am starting to wish that we had something with hard sides for the sleeping part. I don’t like bears. I’m tired of trying not to ‘worry’ when we are out in our flimsy tents in paid campgrounds with our cooking smells like 5 feet away from us. At least in the wilderness you cook away from camp.
As I was explaining this to my friend she exclaimed that a mutual friend was selling their’s. We went and had a look right away, and I was hoping that Kent would agree with my enthusiasm when he got home to see it. He wasn’t quite so much – he always see’s the work – but he was keen enough, that we bought it.
And after a whole ridiculous rigmarole with the licencing place (like 4 visits worth of stupidness) we are FINALLY the owners, and attaching the plates to prove it 🙂 Hello summer!!
